From Jakarta, for brands that deserve to be experienced
We build from Jakarta, for hospitality, property, and lifestyle brands that have outgrown a website that merely exists. Yours should be experienced.

Most business websites just exist. They sit there, technically present, dutifully listing facts — and they ask nothing of the visitor and offer nothing back. We started byShape because that felt like a waste of the one place a brand fully controls.
Where we're from matters
We work out of Jakarta, and that's not an asterisk — it's a vantage point. This is a city that runs on hospitality, on property moving fast, on a lifestyle culture that is intensely visual and intensely social. We build for that energy: hotels, resorts, residences, restaurants, and the kind of brand that knows its in-person experience is exceptional and is tired of a website that undersells it.

Experienced, not merely visited
A brochure site is something you visit. You scan it, you leave, you forget. An experience is something you move through and feel — scroll that's directed like a film, motion that carries meaning, a path to action that arrives exactly when you want it. That's the whole bet of the studio, and it's why we work work-first: the experience is engineered before it's decorated.
Most business websites just exist. Yours should be experienced.
The difference isn't cosmetic. When a hotel page makes someone feel the stay rather than read about the room, the booking follows. When a residence page lets a buyer picture themselves home, the inquiry follows. Feeling is the engine.

So that's the mission, stated plainly. If your real-world experience already earns the premium, we'd like the website to finally agree with it.
